Our e-services include direct communication with our trainer, text message appointment reminders and personalized appointment notes sent to your email. Out LIVE e-appointment times and dates for video training or telephone consultations are subject to availability and require clients to have access to high-speed internet and video camera technology (most smart phones, iPads, Apple products have these standard now). Includes training tips, plan management, problem solving, and custom training support.
